Refund and Reschedule Policy
1. Refund Policy:
We understand that circumstances might change, and we value your time and commitment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds for prepaid appointments will be provided under the following Conditions:

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please email us to initiate the refund process - canceling by yourself on the website does not prompt the refund automatically!

Please provide your name, email, order number, and reservation date and time to facilitate the refund process!

No Refund:

No refund will be issued for rescheduling requests made WITHIN 24 hours notice.

No refund will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals after the scheduled appointment time has started or passed, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unforeseen events can occur, making it necessary to reschedule appointments. To facilitate this process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Advance Notice: To reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. We are unable to reschedule within 24 hours notice.

Rescheduling requests made WITHIN 24 hours of your reservation time will be treated as a CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND!!

Rescheduling Limits: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to one time only. Any rescheduling after the first request will be treated as a cancellation and you will not be refunded.
3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule:
To request a refund or reschedule an appointment, please contact our customer support team via email a info@lazycatcafe.ca. Please provide your name, appointment details, and a brief reason for your request. We will process your request in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT: if your or your party's behavior disrupts the order of our store, especially inside the cat room, including but not limited to:

Causing noise and/or distress to the cats and/or other customers

Disregarding rules implemented by our staff

Forcefully holding/touching/cornering cats against their will

Disrespecting items and property, purposefully damaging cat toys

Touching or playing with the cats' water bowl and food bowl

Feeding the cats outside food or snacks
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE ROOM. Please work with us in providing a peaceful and friendly environment for all of the cats and guests!
